Creating floral designs that feel sacred, whimsical, and deeply personal is one of the greatest honors of our lives. Every stem we gather is an offering, a small, quiet way of honoring your love story and the day you'll remember forever.
Our style leans natural and lush, full of movement and texture: heirloom blooms, trailing greenery, and palettes that feel timeless yet alive. We'd rather your flowers feel a little floaty and dancy than stiff and overly perfect. The twizzly bits of a nigella pod floating about an arrangement just speak to us.
“Lael” means “belonging to God”, and that's the heart behind all of this. This work is an act of worship, creativity, and faith.Jesus is King and God is an Artist.
Owner & Lead Designer
Jamie started this studio as a farmers market bouquet stand and has built it wedding by wedding since. The bridal bouquet is her favorite piece, the star of the entire day and the one she takes the most pride in. She runs on oat milk lattes and Sunday mornings.
Lead Designer
Tracy met Jamie at church in 2019, and her first Lael project was a sixteen foot ceremony tree. From the tiniest boutonniere to the biggest installation, she simply does not miss. She grows her own blooms at Yellow Finch Farm and hates being filmed, which is exactly why we keep filming her.
Administrative Coordinator & Designer
Emily joined this season and the studio has never run smoother. She connects with our brides and keeps every wedding timeline in her head, from first consultation to last centerpiece. Off the clock she loves puzzles and crafts, which explains everything.
Designer
Marie was one of our first farmers market customers and has worked nearly every wedding weekend since 2024. She is the team chef, and her wedding day turkey pesto sandwich is studio famous. She is also a pediatric nurse, and wiring a ranunculus is alarmingly close to placing a catheter.
