Lael Florals (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit laelflorals.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
On our marketing pages (the homepage, the studio, Meet the Team, and the inquiry page) we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools to promote our services and measure how well that advertising works. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you here. We use Google Consent Mode, and you can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set and nothing about your visit is shared with those platforms. Our Petal Planner and consultation pages carry no analytics or advertising tags at all.
To keep automated scripts out of our inquiry form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real browser is sending the form. It looks at the browser, not at you: it runs only on the inquiry page, sets no advertising cookies, and shares nothing with the platforms above.
If you accepted cookies and then send us an inquiry, we share a protected (hashed) form of the contact details you gave us, the advertising click that brought you here, and the size of the inquiry with Google Ads and Meta, so they can measure which ads lead to real inquiries and bookings. Neither platform receives your details in readable form, and we do not share your wedding details with them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business and website (for example, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, and our data storage provider), and only as needed to provide those services.
